Jon applies expertise in group and organisational psychology to create culture development and people management solutions. His research and consulting in the creation of specific work cultures led to creation of the Dimension 6 Compliance Climate Index, from concept stage through to final validation.  Jon is committed to improving conditions in which organisations achieve positive outcomes through their people.  He has spoken at a number of local and national forums on the application of organisational climate for measuring behavioural risk factors and developing human elements of business systems.

Jon is an experienced organisational development consultant, with a focus on diagnosing and developing people management systems and human resource management practices for commercial organisations. Jon helps organisations build cultures and processes that support the attraction, development and retention of high performing people.
