Robert has been instrumental in progressing the survey validation process through the application of advanced statistical techniques and developing best practice data management and reporting processes. Robert’s expertise in applied research and strong understanding of psychological measurement and analysis principles has ensured development of a valid and robust compliance climate measure.
Robert’s primary consulting activities include change management, applied organisational research (quantitative and qualitative), employee survey research, design of selection and assessment methodologies, design of competency frameworks, psychometric assessment, job analysis, costing HR processes, and business process analysis.
