Standard Version – Measuring Factors Affecting Employee Wellbeing
The Standard version of the Orange Survey measures the combination of conditions that impact on employee stress, motivation and performance, as well as common outcomes that result from those conditions including employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
Stress Conditions Monitor (Short Version)
The Stress Conditions Monitor is a cost effective and time effective means to identify potential workplace stressors that impact on employee wellbeing. This version is used as a regular check of the work environment to identify hot spots and risk areas, or to measure the effectiveness of stress management programs and interventions. The Stress Conditions Monitor can be included within an existing employee survey.
Motivation Conditions Monitor (Short Version)
The Motivation Conditions Monitor is a cost effective and time effective means to identify the motivating potential of jobs within an organisation or work group. This version is used as a regular check of the work environment, to match jobs to the needs of different groups of employees or to measure the effectiveness of organisational development programs and interventions. The Motivation Conditions Monitor can be included within an existing employee survey.
Advanced Version
The Advanced version of the Orange Survey is tailored to meet the specific needs of each organisation or work group. As well as measuring factors from the standard version, a range of additional metrics can be included based on the needs, priorities and objectives of the business. All factors have been validated through research and have a proven impact on the achievement of positive outcomes for people and their organisations.
The Advanced version enables more sophisticated analysis of the factors that drive organisational outcomes in a particular organisation, often including interpretation against other organisational performance data.
