Jon Wilson is a Registered Australian Psychologist and Certified Management Consultant with a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology and formal training in Recruitment and Selection, Human Resource Consulting and Group Leadership.
Jon has worked in a number of internal and external organisational consulting roles in a variety of sectors, including a period in the United Kingdom. Jon has worked with and consulted to a diverse range of organisations in Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, Transport, Oil and Gas, Mining, Government, Health and Professional Services. |
Jon is an expert in the design, development and simplification of people systems within organisations, with a particular focus on culture analysis and the development of approaches to selection, assessment, capability development, performance management and leadership development. These approaches enable effective attraction, retention and development of high performing people.
Jon has managed a range of organisational development projects, including organisational change interventions, reviews of organisational and team effectiveness, establishment of recruitment and performance management processes and methodologies and development of leadership development frameworks.
Jon is accredited to administer and interpret a range of Psychometric Assessment tools to support the selection and development of employees and leaders. |
