The age of facebook, twitter and the rest has rendered the daily conversations of people online. In this age, we think that annual surveys don't fully harness what the potential employee voice has to contribute to business success. So, we help clients:

  • Establish 'always on' surveys, that can be completed any time. Reports are compiled on a frequency (e.g. every month) or quota (i.e. once target number of responses have been received) basis.
  • Run periodic employee panel surveys, samples of which are surveyed at particular times.
  • Conduct periodic or on-demand qualitative interviews or group discussions, based on routine business cycle or particular business events.

Time and again our clients lament the difficulty of producing integrated reports from multiple systems. Our iWebGate platform allows us to:

  • Develop bespoke reports that source data from multiple and / or disparate systems.
  • Combine leading & lagging / 'hard' & 'soft' people-related metrics into integrated HR reports.
  • Combine people-related and other metrics into integrated reports.
  • Run scheduled or on-demand reports.

We employ Edward Tufte's visual design principles to ensure our reports promote understanding and effective decision making.
